A Bag Policy is Implemented at JapanFest

Approved Bags​

• PVC, clear vinyl, or plastic bag 12" x 6" x 12" or smaller

• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or alike)

• Diaper bag 16”x16”x8” or smaller (Must be accompanied by a child)

• Medically necessary items of any sizes

• Clutch bag 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller

• Drawstring bag 12"x12” or smaller

• Fanny pack

Non-Approved Bags

• Suitcase of any size

• Bag bigger than 12”x6”x12”

• Non-clear backpack

 

The following items/actions are prohibited at Gas South District® : 

• Weapons of any kind (Includes pocket knives, brass knuckles, etc) 

• Backpacks 

• Bags, briefcases, or purses larger than 12" x 12" x 6" 

• Non-clear bags larger than 4.5" x 6.5" 

• Electronic devices larger than a cell phone (e.g. laptops, iPads or other tablets) 

• Signs on sticks or oversized signs (no larger than 8 1/2" x 11") 

• Coolers or outside food/beverage 

• Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to tobacco, vapor or e-cigarettes Illegal drugs 

• Laser pointers 

• Mace or pepper spray 

• Spiked or studded jewelry 

• Full facial coverings, like masks 

• Apparel with explicit wording or pictures 

• Crowd Surfing 

• Hoverboards 

• Balloons 

• Stickers 

• Large Golf Umbrellas (Collapsible personal umbrellas are permitted)   

• Pets/ animals* (Service animals are permitted)

not listed above, from entering the premises based on any specific show requirements.

FAQ

Q: Can you hold my bags if they are refused at the door?

A: No, we are not equipped to hold your bags. 

 

Q: Can I bring multiple bags if they match the above descriptions?

A:  Yes, you can.

 

Q: Do you sell large bags at the venue for me to take back items I purchase?

A:  We are planning to sell some tote bags onsite. Also, vendors may provide you with bags.

 

Q: What about privacy for items I need to bring into the stadium but don't want everyone to see?

A: Small clutch purses, no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", are permitted into the venue. This should enable you to carry some of your private items.
